Saxion Library Deventer closes again on Tuesdays at 7 p.m.

Starting Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Saxion Library Deventer will close at 7:00 PM instead of 9:00 PM.

A pilot program was conducted over the past year and a half to determine whether there was sufficient interest in extending the opening hours, but the required minimum visitor numbers were not met.

The library’s opening hours from March 2 will be:

• Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

You can renew your books online through our catalog (provided the loan period has not yet expired and/or they have not been reserved by someone else).
